The Horse in Motion (1878) is a collection of 12 individual photos taken of a horse running, which were stitched together to create the first "moving picture". It is this film that inspired the name Twelve Shot, referencing the 12 frames of this film, as well as the image of a horse which can be seen above our name in our logo.
